Tolu Asade is an investment professional with experience across private credit, structured finance, and investment advisory in European and African markets. He previously served as an Associate with Stride Ventures’ London team, where he supported the origination, underwriting, and execution of direct lending and asset-backed financing transactions for high-growth businesses. Tolu also worked with Kawisafi Ventures, a leading impact investment firm focused on Africa, where he evaluated investment opportunities and supported investment allocation across technology and renewable energy sectors.

Beyond investing, Tolu has held strategy and operational leadership roles across consulting and technology. As Chief of Staff at AgroMall, he led capital-raising initiatives, managed strategic partnerships, and drove commercial growth projects that expanded revenue and supported the company’s financing objectives. Earlier in his career at McKinsey & Company, he advised clients across financial services, the public sector, and the energy sector on investment allocation, operational transformation, and economic development initiatives. Tolu holds an MBA from INSEAD and holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Lagos.
