Simon is a seasoned professional with a background in management consulting and investment banking. With multiple years of experience at Barclays in Frankfurt, Simon advised clients on M&A transactions, as well as fundraising Debt and Equity across the DACH region, with a focus on sectors such as Healthcare, Chemicals, Industrials, Aviation, and Technology.

Simon holds an MSc in Corporate Finance from Bayes Business School, where he developed a strong foundation in financial theory and corporate strategy.
